COLDWTF is a creative brand focused on music, digital products, and exclusive services. Due to the nature of what we offer, all purchases are considered final unless stated otherwise.

We stand behind the value we deliver and aim to ensure every customer receives exactly what they paid for.

Digital Products (Templates, Guides, Downloads)

All digital products are non-refundable.

Once a product has been purchased and delivered (via download, email, or access link), it cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you experience any issues accessing your product, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

Services (Consultations, Features, Creative Work)

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable

  • Completed services are final sale

FROSTBITE Merch & Physical Products

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exceptions (Limited Cases)

Refunds may be issued under specific circumstances:

Chargebacks & Disputes
